These Terms and Conditions govern your use of KatiuskaMusic.com and purchases from the Katiuska Music online store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
About the store
Katiuska Music offers artist merchandise, apparel, accessories, music-related content, and related products. References to “Katiuska,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Katiuska Music.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your location. You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted through the site and for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We may suspend or close accounts used fraudulently or in violation of these terms.
Product information
We work to describe and display products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary by screen, production run, material, size, or manufacturing process. Measurements and images are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise. Some products are produced or assembled after an order is placed.
Orders and acceptance

If payment has been collected for an order we cancel, we will issue an appropriate refund.

Returns, replacements, refunds, and cancellation requests are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy. Some made-to-order or personalized products may be ineligible for change-of-mind returns, except where required by law or when an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Promotions and coupon codes
Promotions may have additional restrictions, expiration dates, minimum purchase requirements, product exclusions, and usage limits. Unless expressly permitted, coupon codes cannot be combined. We may cancel or refuse promotional activity involving misuse, fraud, or technical error.
